Beetroot salad is one of the best recipes, especially when the vegetables come directly from the garden.

Raw ingredients, approximately equal parts of each:
- ca. 300 g grated beets,
- Grated carrots
- Grated apples
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Organic Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Organic Honey
Possible topping:
- Walnuts
- Feta cheese
