Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, by creating an account, you can save your shipping information, view order history, and view your product's warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Where can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.
In this email you will also find a tracking number and a tracking link where you can follow your package.
You can also track your package on your account. You log in with the email you used for the order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are. We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders within Europe will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I return my purchase?
All products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges.
International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees.
