Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of goods made through www.rawroots.eu.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Terms

Prices and Taxes

All prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors, including pricing errors, supplier failures, typographical errors, and changes in VAT, duties, taxes, or other charges.

Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. You may pay using the payment methods offered at checkout, including credit cards and PayPal. Any shipping costs and applicable fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 3-14 business days depending on destination and the selected shipping method. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at support@rawroots.eu.

Order Process

Select the desired products, add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your name, address, email address, telephone number, payment method, and preferred delivery option.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of Withdrawal

RAW ROOTs offers a voluntary 30-day return period.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, your notification must be sent no later than 30 days from the day you, or a person designated by you, receive the goods.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:

  • contacting us at support@rawroots.eu
  • using our digital "Cancel Order" function on the website
  • otherwise clearly informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Digital Cancellation Function

To make it easier to exercise your right of withdrawal, RAW ROOTs provides a digital "Withdraw from Purchase" function.

The function is available through the "Withdraw Order" link in the website footer and through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

When you submit a withdrawal request using the function, you will receive confirmation of receipt by email without undue delay.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please send it to:

Returned items must be packaged securely. We recommend keeping proof of postage. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be limited or lost where permitted by applicable law, including where:

  • the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function
  • the product has been damaged as a result of the customer's handling
  • the product belongs to a category exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable legislation

Complaints

If a product is defective or otherwise covered by consumer protection legislation, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

You may be asked to return the product to RAW ROOTs for inspection.

Warranty

If you discover a defect in a product, please contact us at support@rawroots.eu and provide details of the issue.

If your claim is valid, we will reimburse reasonable and documented shipping costs related to the claim.

Privacy

To place an order on www.rawroots.eu, you must provide at minimum:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone/mobile number

This information is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with applicable legislation.

Customer information is not sold or disclosed to third parties except in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or similar restructuring.

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you and to object to processing or request correction or deletion where permitted by law.
