Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different variant or product, we kindly ask you to create a return through your account and place a new order for the desired item instead.
Refunds

Claims
If you receive a defective or damaged product and wish to submit a claim, please send us an email with a short description of the issue along with one or more photos of the product and the defect.
Once we have received the information, we will get back to you as soon as possible to help you further and find a solution.
FAQ
We do our best to process your claim as fast as possible and in the best way. Normally we should resolve any claims within 5 workdays after we received it.
In some cases, depending on the format of the claim. it can take long and we ask for your understanding and patience.
If you wish to exchange a product, please use our return funktion and sent back the product. Once we receive back the returned product, we will credit your order and sent the money back to you.
For a new product please place a new order on our website.
