How long does it take to process a claim?
We do our best to process your claim as fast as possible and in the best way. Normally we should resolve any claims within 5 workdays after we received it.
In some cases, depending on the format of the claim. it can take long and we ask for your understanding and patience.
How do I claim a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damage or defective product, please contact us thru our damage/defective goods form. As soon as we receive your information we will try to solve the case and reply you as fast as possible.
How can I exchange a product?
If you wish to exchange a product, please use our return portal and sent back the product. Once we receive back the returned product, we will credit your order and sent the money back to you.
