Shipping

The shipping price will be calculated at checkout before payment and depends on the destination and chosen service.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days

Orders are delivered within 3-14 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen.

If your package does not arrive within this period, please contact us.

Delivery time

  • Tracked Letter: 4-7 business days in the EU and 7-14 business days to the rest of the world.
  • PostNord Pick-Up Point: 1-2 working days in DK, 4-7 working days in the EU and 7-14 working days outside the EU.
  • PostNord Home Delivery: 1-2 working days in DK, 3-6 working days in the EU and 7-14 working days outside the EU.
  • PostNord Business Delivery: 1-2 working days in DK, 3-6 working days in the EU and 7-14 working days outside the EU.
  • Fedex Express Home Delivery: 3-5 working days in the EU and 4-7 working days outside the EU.
    NB: There must be someone at the address to receive the package, otherwise Fedex will take the package back. New delivery can be arranged with your local FedEx or TNT.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • UK: Orders above GBP 135,- can be subject to Custom & Import Tax of 20%
  • USA: Orders can be subject to Customs & Import Tax of 15%
