These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of goods made on www.rawroots.eu Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Terms

Prices and Taxes: All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct any errors, including pricing errors, supplier failure, printing errors, and VAT/tax changes.

Ordering and Payment: Orders are processed as soon as possible. You can pay by credit card or PayPal. Additional payments for freight and debit card fees will be calculated before payment.

Delivery: Orders are delivered between 3-14 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen. If your package does not arrive within this time, please contact your local post office.

Customs clearance costs: Raw Roots is not responsible for such costs or any delays related to customs clearance. Please check your local import/ export policies if you are in doubt.

Orders and Payment

Order Process: Choose items, add them to your Shopping Basket, and proceed to Checkout. Provide your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and choose delivery form.

Cancellation: You have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Notify us within 30 days of receiving the item to cancel your order. Some items may not be eligible for cancellation, and you will be informed during the order process.

Ensure proper packaging and retain shipping proof. You are responsible for return costs.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Cancellation and Refund Exceptions

You may lose your refund if:

You handle the item differently than necessary.
You do not follow cancellation restrictions.

Complaints

If there is an issue with the item, covered by the purchase act, contact us within a reasonable time. The item must be sent to Raw Roots for inspection.

Warranty

Contact us within a reasonable time if you discover a defect. Ship the item back to Raw Roots, providing details of the problem. Legitimate claims will have reasonable shipping costs refunded.
