Packaging with care
Our bottles are made from recycled plastic or glass, depending on the product. Pumps and caps are selected to extend durability and minimize waste. Labels are printed on recycled material, and all paper and cardboard are made from recycled or FSC-certified sources.

All of our products are residue-free , which means they do not leave buildup in the hair - unlike regular hair products, which often contain silicone, wax or emollients that stay put and can weigh down dreadlocks.
Our shampoo cleanses gently and naturally , so that both hair and scalp maintain their natural moisture balance.
If your hair needs extra moisture, we recommend finishing with one of our natural oils . They help maintain softness and shine, without compromising the clean feel.

RAW ROOT's products are handmade with care - created to unite nature and effectiveness in a balanced and holistic way.
I have developed each recipe from scratch based on my professional knowledge of hair care and natural medicine and a desire to create products that feel real, pure and effective.
I use organic ingredients whenever possible and always choose natural, sustainable alternatives when not.
Even our packaging is selected with respect for the environment - we use cardboard, glass and 100% recycled plastic to reduce our footprint on the planet.
Understandable Ingredients
For me, it is important that you can understand what our products contain.
I use as few, but effective, natural ingredients as possible - and when you see chemical names in the ingredient list, they are still natural substances, just listed by their scientific name.
All of our products are pH balanced because the right pH is essential for healthy hair and a calm scalp.
A shampoo with the wrong pH can strip the hair of its natural oils and make it dry and lifeless - that's why every recipe at RAW ROOTs is developed with respect for the hair's natural balance.
