Our bottles are made from recycled plastic or glass, depending on the product. Pumps and caps are selected to extend durability and minimize waste. Labels are printed on recycled material, and all paper and cardboard are made from recycled or FSC-certified sources.

I can get a lot of dandruff if i use the wrong product and i like to stick to natural ingredients. When i got dreads i needed to change products. This one is perfect for a shampoo that keeps my scalp hydrated and itch free, despite my highly active/sweaty life.
I love this shampoo!!! Makes my dreads soooo soft 😍 I dilute it with water a tiny bit and wash twice and it is so easy to rinse out. I have tried shampoo bars of different types, but this shampoo is what I prefer and comes back to every time.

I purchased this product following research and then remembered l had previously used Raw Roots shampoo. This time around l ordered the 500ml. Raw Roots responded instantly with a confirmation email, plus delivery to the UK was quick. I have used the shampoo and l am very pleased with it. It lathers easily. My scalp and hair feel and look great, additionally the fragrance is lovely too.
I can only recommend the product. With the shampoo bottle is easy to use. It makes my dreads soft, shiny and smells great on top :-). Scalp is moisturized.

I have used this once so far and I am over the moon. I have been using normal shampoo on my dreads up till now and sometimes another known brand of “ dreadlock shampoo “ all have left them feeling greasy and heavy. I woke up this morning to very light, soft and healthy dreads for a change. The smell is pleasant even if it does remind me of disinfectant a little and the delivery had a very small leak maybe the addition of a foil stop under the lid would stop this but just a suggestion as the leak was as I say only very tiny. Over all very impressed with the product so far and I will definitely be trying a few more products from the range. Thank you Raw Roots my dreads feel lovely 🥰.

Nach dem Wechsel von Meersalz-Shampoo auf Raw Roots sind meine Dreads weicher und filzen besser nach.Das Aufschäumen und die Menge pro Waschgang handhabe ich wie vorher auch, das ist für schulterlange Dreads weniger als hier angegeben.Der Geruch ist nicht extrem Lavendel-lastig. Angenehm dezent.Ich bin voll zufrieden und werde es wieder kaufen.

This is the second bottle of this shampoo that I've ordered, I loved my first bottle of it so much!Using this shampoo is a very relaxing experience, it has a cooling feel on your scalp which can be so soothing when you have itchy scalp like I do, it has a very subtle but pleasant scent and it lathers up nicely if you rinse and repeat!It leaves my dreads feeling clean and fresh and there's absolutely no residue at all left behind which is amazing.Also you can really tell the company cares about customer experience, both times I've ordered they've sent me 3 wooden dread beads with my shampoo which is such a caring little touch 😊 I highly recommend this and I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever my bottle runs out, it's the best shampoo I've used in my 5 years of my dreadlock journey and I'm very glad to have found it.

This shampoo is more on the expensive side, but it gave an unbelievably clean feeling to my locs!Foamed up really well with not too much product used and was able to get so much build-up out of my hair. I’d planned to do a deep cleanse bicarb soak but all the other equipment didn’t arrive timeously so I went ahead and did an intense wash (3) with sectioning and lathering my hair.I hair feels lighter and looks darker, I absolutely love it!Quite pricey, especially considering that shipping almost costs the same as the product itself, so if you do get it, go for the bigger bottle, you won’t regret it!
Tried various shampoos on my dread, this shampoo seems to maintain them the best, pictured to have a pump handle although when arrived didnt- disappointing.

This is the second shampoo for dreadlocks that we've tried and returned to order more of this. Son has dreads / baby locks and wanted something that doesn't have lots of chemicals or residue. This is does the job really well, enough lather to feel like normal shampoo and smells delicious! A little goes a long way so its lasts well, good value for money. Promptly delivered and well packaged.
